Shipping times vary and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. All packages can be tracked through the tracking number provided.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

MUZA is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the post office to inquire about any missing packages that have been declared delivered through tracking. Please ensure a safe delivery space is available to prevent missing packages from occurring. 

 

International Shipping

MUZA provides shipping to a select number of international destinations. International buyers please be aware that your items may incur additional fees due to your country's import policies.

Delivery delays may occur and buyers may be charged import tax or a customs fee. MUZA is not responsible for any duties or brokerage fees charged by customs or courier services.
